Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns
You may return most new, unopened items in resalable condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure that the items are in their original condition to qualify for a return.

Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item, defective item, or items with less than 6 months of expiry), we will cover the return shipping costs. Please note that shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Return Instructions
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and the details of the product you wish to return. We will promptly provide you with instructions for returning the item.

Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received, you can expect to receive your refund within 2-3 weeks. This period accounts for the shipping duration (3-5 business days), processing time once the return is received (3-5 business days), and the time required for your bank to process the refund (2-3 business days). In many cases, refunds may be processed more quickly.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Change of Mind:
We do not accept returns for opened and used products. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted as long as your request is within 30 days of purchase, product is unopened and used, product packaging is not damaged and in good condition. 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
