    Shipping Information

    Dispatch Schedule: We process our online orders from Monday to Wednesday, and Fridays. Orders placed before 9 AM will be dispatched the same day.

    Shipping Locations: BEAUTY BUNNY ships to all locations within Australia and Internationally.

    Shipping Options:

    • Standard Post (Estimated delivery in 5+ business days): $7.00
    • Free Standard Post: For orders over $50
    • Free Express Post: For orders over $50

    Shipping Details for International:

    • Standard Post (Estimated delivery in 6+ business days):
      Flat rate of AUD $20.
    • Free Standard Post: For orders over AUD $120

    Order Processing and Tracking

    When Will My Order Ship: Processing time takes 1 to 2 business days (orders placed after 9 AM will be processed the next business day). Once processed, Australia Post will handle the delivery. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your package has shipped.

    Tracking Issues: Occasionally, Australia Post may take 1-2 business days to update your shipment status. If your tracking number is not updating or is not functioning, please contact us at [Admin@toomuchinfo.com.au], and we will assist you promptly.

    Missing Packages: If you cannot locate your package, please reach out to [Admin@toomuchinfo.com.au] immediately. Once an order is delivered to the correct address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items.

    Editing Shipping Address: If your order is being sent to an incorrect address, please email us at [Admin@toomuchinfo.com.au] as soon as possible.
